This hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Cliffe Bridge, and I loved staying in the double room with a balcony, which was just right for me.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel just outside the main tourist area. The location was perfect, right next to the seaside and away from the crowded Livorno beaches. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with no noisy crowds. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a separate small balcony with a great view of the sea. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the stunning sunset views from the sun terrace on the roof. it was a really nice stay and I would definitely return.
All was great, nothing to improve.

This hotel is a hidden gem located next to the beautiful seaside. The rooms, especially those on the upper floors with a separate small balcony, offer a great view of the sea. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel serves delicious authentic Italian food, including mouthwatering seafood dishes and perfectly cooked steaks.
The breakfast could use some improvement - more variety and alternatives would be appreciated.

The food in the hotel was good, particularly the sea food and steak dishes. the restaurant had a lovely Italian atmosphere. the hotel is quite close to the train station and easy to reach with or without a car. the balcony of the room I stayed in was very enjoyable and provided beautiful views.
The hotel is located near a busy main road with no pedestrian walkway which can be quite dangerous to cross. There were mosquitos in the room that made it difficult to sleep.

the hotel is very close to the train station, which is great for travel but families might struggle without a car. the breakfast selection is varied and includes healthy options such as muesli and yogurt. the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped, with large balconies that offer gorgeous views of the nearby seaside.
The hotel is located close to a busy main road without a pedestrian walkway, so it might not be the best option for those looking for complete peace and quiet.

Great sea views from the room and delicious fresh bread for breakfast. The hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to nearby roads. Another plus was the friendly staff who were very accommodating to not only me but my dogs as well.
The room's size for four people was a bit too small and cramped, there's not much space to move around. The room was advertised with two double beds, but in reality, they had only one double bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed.
